30 Second Straight Plank
30 Second Side Plank on Right
30 Second Side Plank on Left
30 Seconds of Push Ups
And repeat 3 times!
See if you can do it without resting between moves- essentially holding some sort of plank for 6 solid minutes. You’ll feel better for having worked out, and your core will thank you.
