What does he mean by polyunsaturated oils? He’s speaking to any oils that have a large percentage of polyunsaturated fats, like:
  • Corn oil
  • Soybean oil
  • Safflower oil
  • Nut oils
  • Canola oil
  • Peanut oil
  • Trans fats (artificially created)
