Because of the amount of toxins that our bodies ingest, we suggest completing a 3-Day Detox/Cleanse each month. This will help flush out the bad and help you focus in on staying healthy. If 3 days isn’t realistic for you, shoot for doing 1 or 2 days. Even after only 24 hours of detoxing or cleansing, your body will benefit by ridding itself of the unnecessary.
