1 Almonds

They are rich in zinc and vitamin B12 which helps to prevent the anxiety.


  • 10 almonds
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • Ginger (a pinch)
  • A pinch of nutmeg


  1. Soak almonds for overnight in water to get soft
  2. Next morning, peel off the skin
